1. Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Delivery Timeline: Delivery across India typically takes 4–7 working days.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey.
- Shipping Partners: We collaborate with trusted couriers like Shiprocket, or Delhivery.
Note: Delays caused by external factors (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, or courier backlog) may occur; we will keep you informed—always.
2. COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy
- COD is available for select pin codes across India.
- A nominal COD handling fee may be charged during checkout.
- The courier will only accept the exact amount mentioned on your invoice—please keep cash ready.
- Refusing a COD order without a valid reason will lead to future COD orders being blocked for that customer.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
Our pieces are made with care, but if something isn't right…
Eligible Cases (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery):
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items delivered
Proof Required: Please send a clear unboxing video showing the outer packaging, seal, and the issue—without edits or cuts.
Approval Process:
- Once approved, we will send a replacement.
- If the original is no longer in stock, you will receive a store credit coupon code valid for 3 months.
Return Shipping Fee: If you request an exchange or return for eligible reasons, a flat ₹150 will be deducted from your store credit or refund to cover reverse shipping & reshipping.
Not Eligible for Returns/Refunds:
- Used or worn jewellery
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Products purchased during sale/clearance with no defects
- Improper care-related damage
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of placing your order.
- Post this window, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds unless:
- The product is unavailable after your order.
- It is confirmed as defective before shipping.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via your original payment method or as store credit coupon code.
Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
